Sql Server 2008 Installation failed

If already sql server is installed in your system. if you want to upgrade or reinstalling fails
then follow the given steps

1.  Stop IIS Admin Service
2.  Stop IIS
3. Uninstall SQL Server previously installed.
4.  Start new installation
